WHY CAN'T MY 6 YEAR OLD BE IN A GROUP LESSON?
Younger children tend to take a lot of one on one attention when first learning. The child will learn faster and have a more enjoyable experience.
HOW OFTEN ARE PRIVATE LESSONS OFFERED?
Typically on the hour during full ski school operations. We always recommend reservations to guarantee a lesson on the day you're interested in visitng.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I GET THERE?
At least an hour early, 2 hours on weekends. For the first lessons of the day at 9am or 3pm, arrive 30min early when our office opens. Classes fill up fast on the weekends and it takes time to sign in and get your equipment rented and ready.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT ON RENTAL EQUIPMENT?
Yes, there is a $400 insurance deposit hold on all rental equipment. Your credit card information is taken upon arrival.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE NEEDED FOR A GROUP LESSON?
Our group lessons are guaranteed. If there are 3 or more people in the lesson, it will be two hours long. If there are two or fewer, then the lesson will be shortened to 1.5 hours.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participants must be minimum age 8 for group classes (no exceptions).
For Private Lessons, participants must be age 4+ for skiing, age 6+ for snowboarding.
1-2-3 packages must be completed before the end of the season, at which time unused lessons in package will expire.
Check-in time is 1-hour before your scheduled lesson time. Checking in late will subject you to a revised lesson duration. Plan your day accordingly!
No refunds will be issued after the scheduled date and time of the lesson. If you miss your class time, we cannot refund your reservation.
An administrative fee of $50 will apply in the event of a lesson cancellation at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.
In the event of a lesson cancellation inside of 72 hours in advance of the lesson, the entire cost of the lesson is forfeit.
No refunds will be issued.
In the case of an extreme emergency (such as medical conditions), we are happy to help reschedule your class if necessary following these guidelines:
You must contact us at least 24 hours in advance for a group lesson and 72 hours for a private lesson.
Each student is allowed only one reschedule per lesson.
Extreme emergencies exclude weather, driving conditions, and changes in plans not due to medical illness.
